As the lead consultant to the IAWP, Dr. Utchay Odims recently led a delegation, including Nigeria’s highest-ranking female police officer, AIG Aishatu Baju (mni), to meet with His Excellency Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Executive Governor of Lagos State.
