As the lead consultant to the IAWP, Dr. Utchay Odims recently led a delegation, including Nigeria’s highest-ranking female police officer, AIG Aishatu Baju (mni), to meet with His Excellency Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Executive Governor of Lagos State. Their discussions, centered around the theme “The Africa We Want,” set the stage for a transformative 2024 conference.
